Tech projects you might work on
Our tech roles are as diverse as our people. No two days are the same and our projects span from providing tech to mobilise social media influencers to applying robotic process automation tools to keep our processes lean.
Influencer Optimisation Tool Using our low-code Mendix platform, we are building an app that helps our Brand team and external agencies to better deliver social media campaigns.
Depot Automation Our team is working to automate depots across our network to increase the speed and efficiency of our supply chain operations.
EPOS Transformation We’ve rolled out a new till system transforming our whole estate. The result? Happy customers, queuing less, thanks to quicker transaction speeds and a reduced carbon footprint via decreased energy consumption.
Robotic Process Automation Our Centre of Excellence for Robotic Process Automation will enable other areas of the business to automate admin-heavy, repeatable processes. This means team members can spend more time focussing on the value-add activities.
Oracle By implementing Oracle Financials and Oracle Retail ERP, we enable an end-to-end business transformation that allows us to scale and grow quicker.
People Systems Optimisation We are modernising our people systems landscape, for example, rolling out Workday across our markets for a more global approach.
In-store pop-ups We’re forging new, exciting paths of business by rolling out pop-up concepts in our stores. You may have already spotted some, but these include coffee shops, barbers, customised t-shirt printing, ice-cream stores to name a few!
