Our Designers research the latest styles, making sure we're staying inclusive, functional, and on-trend. Then it's up to our Buyers to work with suppliers abroad and build relationships that grow into gorgeous product collections. Finally, our Merchandisers look at products' sales performances and help our teams make informed decisions on what's selling. Whatever you do in this space, your passion for fashion needs to be supported by numbers – everything we do is data-driven, for maximum joy at minimum cost.

The goal is to create new exciting products that surprise and delight our customers and deliver amazing commercial results.

How are we moving forward? It'll depend on the season, the trends, the cultural and economic shift as well as resources available, and your brilliant mind.

4. DEVELOP

Collaborate externally and internally to develop product at exceptional value that exceed customer expectations, sell incredible volumes and maximise joy for our fans around the world

So you've developed your ideas into product and ranges and now it’s time across Buying, Merchandising and Design to create a range plan that’s balanced, has considered all our many customer profiles, proposed buy quantities, selling prices, profit margins and delivers on our Primark Cares targets.

Present your range plan and bring the future possibilities to life. Get the nod to get your suppliers manufacturing!

7. DELIVER

Follow your new creation through the critical path, fabric and colour approval, fit process, and durability testing
