They ensure our data warehouse is managed to perform and that our data is available, accurate and can be transferred across business projects, stores, and online. They're also storytelling pros, visualising and reporting their findings to decision-makers.

We aim to delight our customers with incredible fashion at even better prices all over the world. It's all about maximum joy at minimum cost, for our customers, colleagues, and the planet. We're staying true to who we are as we expand into new markets and our existing ones, and that requires some transformation.

THE PLAN

That's where our 5-year strategy comes in.

We're increasing by 130 stores, with the exciting challenge of entering into new markets. Along with trialling new channels like click and collect, we'll significantly expand our store footprint in the US. This means our supply chain, the awareness of Primark, and our colleague count need to expand too.

And in this digital age, we're turbocharging – focusing on upgrading our systems and implementing automation. Our ambitious goal requires Digital, Tech and Data to underpin everything we do, which means they need to grow to take on even more exciting projects. And that's where you come in. Where our teams call home.

Our Tech, Digital and Data Teams have found a home in our Dublin HQ and Reading Regional Office.

Redesigned in 2015, they're fun, friendly, inclusive atmospheres that house over 1500 ambitious Primark team members.

In-office, our colleagues enjoy:

WE'VE BEEN WORKING ON

  • A minimalist WordPress theme designed for Primark, featuring clean lines and a modern aesthetic.

    Our consumer site

    We're making it easier for our customers to find the products they want online, and then snag them in-store. Our site features thousands of products in a fresh, new design, with enhanced navigation and the ability to check stock availability in local stores all over the world.

  • Primark's online expansion

    Click-and-collect UK

    Click-and-collect allows our customers to buy online and pop to their local store to pick up their orders. We've started rolling it out in the UK, saving our customers time and creating a happier shopping experience.

    EPOS transformation

    That's our 'point of sale' system. This, combined with our new SCO 100 self-checkouts are changing the game – happy customers queue less thanks to faster transactions, and we use less energy, which reduces our carbon footprint.

    We're increasing speed and efficiency across our supply chain operations, thanks to innovative automation technology.
