Our Application Process

You can expect your application with Primark to be upfront, honest, and fuss-free. Here are the steps on the journey to joining us.

  1. Application form and CV

    For this first stage, you'll upload a CV and answer a few questions about your skills and experiences.

  2. Telephone chat

    One of the Talent Acquisition team will give you a call to talk through the role and see if you'd be a good fit. There are no wrong answers here, and this is a 2-way conversation! If you've got questions, fire away.

  3. Online assessment for selected roles

    For specific roles, we'll need you to complete an online assessment. It will only take a maximum of 45 minutes and don't worry – you'll get all the information, resources and practice questions you need beforehand.

  4. Interview

    Your interviewers will ask you about your skills and experiences and how you might approach different work scenarios. Be sure to check out our values and behaviors before your interview to help you prepare. Remember, this is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you have!

  5. Presentation and Interview

    For some roles, you'll be invited to a final stage assessment which could include a final interview, a presentation or both. If you're invited to deliver a presentation, you'll get all the details closer to the time so you can prepare.
