Designed for Team Leaders, our first level of leadership in stores, this program helps colleagues build confidence, strengthen people leadership skills, and take the next step in their leadership development journey.
WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS ALL ABOUT
Whether you’re stepping up from Sales Associate or joining us as a manager, this program gives you the foundation you’ll need to succeed as a people leader. You’ll learn how to move from doing the role yourself to balancing leading people with managing tasks to deliver results, while building the skills to adapt your leadership style, give clear direction, have meaningful feedback conversations, support your team through change, and create a positive team culture.

“The most rewarding things about this training were meeting Team Leaders from other stores, collaborating over the two days, learning how to deliver feedback, establishing the shift from individual contributor to Team Leader, establishing what may be difficult in role, and going over team/task management and how to manage that and be a good leader.
