Do you have a solid background in Food & Beverage? Maybe you’ve already got several years of commercial retail experience in the bag? This is your opportunity to grow not just your career but our entire business. Developing and improving our products, from business plans and pricing, right up to the marketing strategy.

Keeping on top of the competition and industry will be vital to generating new business and products that customers will love.
What we’re looking for
An experienced candidate with a background in food & beverage who can deliver a strategic plan for growth that will develop and improve our current product offering in stores.
Some of your key responsibilities would include:
Building relationships. This could be with either new or existing business partners in order to maximise our revenue streams. It could also be with Procurement and Legal, for when you need assistance negotiating new commercial agreements.
Identifying opportunities. This means networking with key decision makers and influencers to identify and anticipate new trends that could generate business. You’ll work closely with the Director of New Business Development to recommend and implement an action plan.
Representing the business. We’ll look to you to represent us to potential partners all around the world, so some international travel may be required. You’ll also take ownership of customer issues and use your initiative to solve them.
Communication skills. Bring your integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism to negotiate new commercial agreements and manage sensitive matters. You’ll provide support to cross-functional teams in the development of budgets as well as business, product, pricing and marketing plans.
