Personal Assistant – CFO office
Are you an experienced EA/PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a genuine interest in fashion where no two days are the same? If so, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you as a Personal Assistant.
Based in our beautiful Global HQ in Dublin you will be working in partnership with the CFO to provide support for overseeing and be accountable for the smooth running of daily operations in the CFO’s office. You’ll have experience providing personal/executive assistant support at C-suite level, ideally in a large-scale organisation or a smaller organisation where you were the “go to person” in a busy office environment.
We are looking for an individual on a 12 month FTC basis, whois highly organised, who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to work in a high pressurised and fast paced environment.

We are also looking for:
- A detailed eye: You will manage complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the CFO
- Independence and discretion: You may be working on tasks or projects, from conception to completion and you must handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with care.
- Confident communication: It goes without saying. You’ll be connecting with all levels of the business, internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and planning skills: You’ll need to be able to effectively maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal skills: Establish credibility with colleagues and senior management and to foster effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
- PC proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel are a given.
