Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic campaign co-ordinator to join our busy in house team, making Primark campaigns AMAZ!NG around the world. From translation management through to quality control, you’ll be a vital part in ensuring we’re as on brand in Krakow as we are in Kilburn!

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Campaign Coordinator will work under the direction of the Studio Manager to co-ordinate campaign artwork production.
  • Creating and managing campaign documentation for submission to in-house print management team.
  • Responsibility for campaign translation process, liaising with global translation support group and external translation agency as well as ongoing maintenance of the internal translation database.
  • Proof-reading and quality control of pre-submission artwork visuals.
  • Supporting general workflow management for the internal studio team and external freelancers.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and building these into the workflow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
Skills & Experience:
Essential: -
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a fast paced, production focused environment
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Outstanding organisation and planning skills, with proven experience coordinating workflow in a busy team environment.
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Basic understanding / awareness of European languages preferred but not essential
  • Some experience of artwork production process and print production process is preferred, but not essential. An interest in fashion retail and the creative process would be an asset in this role.

Desirable: -
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
  • Proven ability in managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism. Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
  • Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
  • Sound judgement, unquestionable ethics and integrity with high degree of transparency and trust.
