We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D Specialist to join the People & Culture (HR) UK Retail team here at Primark on a 12month fixed term contract.
The purpose of the role is the design and delivery of blended learning solutions for colleagues in stores at all levels.
You’ll be working in partnership with the Area and Store Management team, completing capability assessments and supporting the management teams through various development programmes to contribute to the effective operation of the store with the aim of driving continuous improvement.
You’ll have extensive experience within Learning & Development in both the design and the delivery on content. You’ll ideally be from a similar background and have a creative and innovate approach to training.
You’ll have working knowledge of digital content programmes in the Articulate 360 Package including Rise, Storyline, 360 and Review. Experience of using Canva, MySimpleShow or Vyond would also be a benefit.
You’ll have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships across your ‘customer’ base, communicating regularly and effectively and finally you’ll have that natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead training sessions, and influence business leaders effectively.
