As an Assistant Manager with us, you’ll become a vital part of our Retail Management team, shaping the way we work in Warsaw and leading a team of ambitious colleagues. It’s an amazing opportunity. And a chance to influence how people across the country see Primark.
What you’ll be doing
As Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in both the launch and the day-to-day running of our new store. Supporting the Store Manager, you will ensure our customers are satisfied and happy and that your sales targets are met. How? By making sure every employee within your team of 100+ is motivated and knows exactly what they’re doing. By making sure every part of the store is well stocked and looking perfect. And finally, by making sure all operational issues – budgets, HR, work rotas and safety procedures – are handled brilliantly.
What you’ll need
Dynamic and professional, you will need to have least five years’ management experience in a retail environment. Ideally, you will have been a senior-level manager in a fashion retail environment. What’s not in doubt is that you’ll have excellent leadership skills and know how to run a large store, how to make decisions and how to inspire your team to deliver the best. You’ll be as passionate about sales performance as you are about the customer experience.
