The Role:

As a Department Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and leading your team to achieve exceptional results. You will:

• Managing the department’s stock, orders, displays, and layout to meet targets.
• Taking full ownership of driving the sales success of the department, and conducting insightful competitor analysis to capitalize on market trends.
• Exploring, analysing, and presenting creative and data-driven solutions to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall growth and success of the store.
• Working with the management team to plan tasks, and performance management activities.
• Effectively lead, support, and inspire your team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Focusing on the well-being and motivation of your team.
• Helping with customer feedback and complaints.

About You:

We're looking for dynamic individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

• A proven track record with extensive experience in a similar retail industry role.
• Demonstrated success in effectively managing teams with a collaborative and supportive approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and confident decision-making.
• Passion for fashion and a genuine desire to share knowledge with others.
• Adaptability and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English (communicative level).
