As Digital Learning Experience Lead, you will lead the digital learning infrastructure and experience across Primark. As the subject matter expert for the learning platform and a key contributor for world-class digital learning content, you will coach and lead on ‘best practice’ learning solutions. You will drive performance, meet the requirements of the business, and facilitate real change through the successful delivery and adoption of your digital learning solutions.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • You will be responsible for overall adoption and execution of digital learning platform in all markets, prioritising the content creation and pipeline, learner marketing and supporting the Primark L&D strategy.
  • You will design and launch a Primark wide series learning design philosophy, standards and principles and support global teams in implementing design principles.
  • You will embed learning experience design principles and practices throughout Learning and talent product development.
  • You will design and develop Global & Business Unit specific programmes & learning products across a variety of mediums to better enable the organisational goals.
  • You will collaborate with and manage stakeholder relationships to understand performance gaps in relation to key business priorities and lead the creation and development of digital learning and enablement solutions that drive the success across a range of client groups.
  • You will partner with the People and Culture Business Partnering and Talent & Development teams to deliver end to end learning experience solutions design including digital resources, and learner journey architecture.


What You’ll Bring

  • You will bring a deep understanding of digital learning experience design processes.
  • You will have demonstrated history of leading large-scale complex projects in an international business.
  • You will bring demonstrable experience as the lead role in driving adoption of learning and increasing learning engagement across the end-to-end learning solutions lifecycle.
  • You will have experience in digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Web 3 Development as well as video experience using After Effects Premier Pro etc.
  • You will bring demonstrable experience as the lead role in driving the adoption of learning and increasing learning engagement across the end-to-end learning solutions lifecycle.
