There is no typical day at Primark when you partner with key stakeholders to support our exciting international expansion plans. As part of the Primark Global Legal Team, you will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the business to support, guide and protect Primark’s business.

- work with a variety of stakeholders to support and advise the entire Primark business.
- provide rigorous legal advice to the business on a variety of issues to support Primark’s growing business.
- advise upon a wide range of legal, ethical and governance risk issues within our business, to include navigating the implications for Primark of new legislation and technology innovation.
- build trusted relationships across the organisation, establishing yourself a go-to contact in the Legal team for general commercial matters and supply chain specific matters.
- collaborate to deliver advice and support to the business as part of a growing, high-performing Legal team, displaying functional excellence and support improving the operational effectiveness of the team.
- lead on the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements including bespoke contract, supply chain related agreements, general supplier agreements, and broader technology agreements, ensuring they protect the business, maximise value and manage legal risk.
- work effectively with external legal counsel, ensuring maximum work efficiency while effectively managing costs.
What You’ll Bring

- Qualified Solicitor with 4-7 years PQE. You will have experience in private practice in Ireland or the UK.
- Academics and legal experience relevant to Primark’s business.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience negotiating and supporting large projects and contributing to their success - experience negotiating agreements governing technology and logistics services is desired.
- Experience applying a rigorous legal interpretation to matters without compromising the business.
- Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
