Store Manager – Amsterdam
Fulltime | 38 hours per week
English-speaking + willingness to learn Dutch (B2 within 1.5 years, course provided)

Our store in the heart of Amsterdam, located on the Damrak, is one of our largest and busiest locations in Northern Europe, boasting 90,000 sq ft and 7 floors! For this flagship store, we are looking for an experienced and strong Store Manager.
What You’ll Do
As the Store Manager of Primark Amsterdam, you will lead a complex and dynamic store with more than 400 colleagues. You have experience managing similarly large stores and are able to remain effective under challenging conditions. You are a visible and approachable leader who communicates openly, directly, and honestly.
You inspire, provide direction, and prioritize collaboration. In this role, you not only lead the team but are also responsible for achieving commercial objectives, managing budgets, and creating a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone with:
• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager with final responsibility in a flagship store or a dynamic retail environment
• Experience leading large teams in a demanding environment, with a positive focus on driving sales, customer experience, and employee engagement
• An open, honest leadership style: people-first but results-driven
• A resilient leadership approach: putting people first and focusing on results, with a critical mindset and experience managing complex teams and situations
• Fluent in English – Dutch at B2 level is not required, but you are willing to achieve this within 1.5 years (with course support)
• Strategic thinking and the courage to make impactful decisions
