What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, bringing the best talent to Primark across all levels and functions, leveraging AI recruitment tools to streamline sourcing and selection.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and P&C partners to understand needs and deliver smart, timely resourcing strategies.
  • Use market insights, AI-powered tools, and recruitment expertise to attract, engage, and secure top candidates.
  • Lead interviews, assessment centres, feedback, and offer negotiations with confidence and fairness.
  • Partner with GBS, agencies, and Employer Brand to run campaigns and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Build strong relationships, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Stay ahead of trends, champion best practices, and ensure compliance with GDPR and Primark values

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in fast-paced recruitment, ideally as an Internal Recruiter, partnering closely with hiring managers.
  • Experience with ATS, AI recruitment tools, and working with offshore service providers.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills—able to influence and navigate challenges.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks, solve problems, and take initiative to get things done.
  • Creative and tech-savvy in sourcing talent, using social media and innovative channels beyond job boards
