What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role in helping us develop products that meet Primark’s Quality Assurance Standards. Working closely with Product Technologists, buying teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you’ll support best practices and help ensure every product delivers on the quality and value our customers expect

  • Support product development by helping to assess quality, fit, and performance in line with Primark’s Quality Assurance Standards.

  • Collaborate with Product Technologists, buying teams, and suppliers to maintain best practices and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

  • Assist in testing and compliance processes, ensuring products meet commercial, legal, and industry requirements, including labelling and safety standards.

  • Monitor product performance through returns data, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to supplier engagement by communicating quality expectations, sharing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement plans.

  • Help prepare key documents such as tech packs, scorecards, and reports that support decision-making and cost efficiencies.

  • Develop awareness of ethical and compliance processes, including supplier audits and standards, to better understand performance across the supply base.

  • Communicate clearly and inclusively with colleagues and external partners, tailoring messages to different audiences and building positive relationships.

  • Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as the Primark Quality Academy, to help build capability across teams and suppliers.

  • Take ownership of personal development by seeking learning opportunities, showing flexibility, and supporting team goals with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
