• Manage store operations - being responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing tills, and handling daily financial reconciliations. You’ll ensure smooth operational processes that meet our standards.

• Make strategic decisions – monitoring sales goals, analysing data and competition, managing stock, product displays, and department layout to maximize results.

• Ensure the store runs according to brand standards – optimizing processes in tills, fitting rooms, and customer service to guarantee professionalism and efficiency.

• Seek and propose new solutions – continuously optimizing your department to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  

You’re a great fit if:

• You have several years of experience in a similar role in retail – e.g., as a independent Store Manager or Department Manager in a large-format store.

• You can effectively manage a team of a dozen or more people, including managers – you value collaboration based on engagement, support, and motivation, leading to great results.

• Give effective feedback – you know how to lead development conversations and support your team in achieving results.

• You have strong interpersonal skills – you build relationships easily and inspire others, creating a positive work culture.

• You have solid analytical skills – you interpret sales and market data to make smart decisions.

• You plan effectively, set measurable goals, and achieve them – both individually and as part of a team.

• You make decisions confidently and responsibly – you know how to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under time pressure.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment – you’re flexible, organized, and embrace change.

• You’re ready to work shifts and weekends – you understand that’s part of retail life.

• Communicative English is a plus – it’ll help you collaborate more easily in our international environment.
