What You’ll Do as a Technology Transformation Manager

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:  

  • Lead Key Initiatives: Drive technology transformation projects, ensuring delivery of outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Design & Mobilise: Shape initiatives from concept to execution, allocate resources, and track benefits realization.
  • Collaborate & Align: Partner with the Technology Transformation Lead and senior stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and resolve challenges.
  • Coach & Influence: Mentor analysts, support leadership teams, and provide constructive challenge to drive effective decision-making.
  • Communicate & Engage: Lead communications for initiatives, ensuring clarity, stakeholder buy-in, and readiness for change adoption.
  • Ensure Strategic Fit & Innovation: Align initiatives with the technology strategy, manage risks, and embed best practices and emerging trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years leading strategic initiatives within IT, Technology, Data, or Digital functions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, shape strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Enterprise-wide thinker who prioritizes customer-centric outcomes and inspires ownership across the business.
  • Analytical & Innovative: Expertise in research, analysis, risk management, and fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining business performance.
