People & Culture Project Lead – People Operations, Technology and Process

The purpose of this role is to represent the People Operations Technology and Process function in major programmes rolling out in the organisation. Act as the key point of contact for all decisions relating to People Technology and Process, assess the change impact and outputs needed from the function.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work with the project team to agree P&C process design across the key elements of the project including core process, KPI’s and reporting requirements
  • Participate in the various project forums, workshops and design sessions to identify decisions needed on process and dependencies across P&C
  • Lead the decision-making activities required within P&C and provide decision outcomes to the project in a timely manner
  • Validate decision outcomes with relevant stakeholders e.g. COE’s, In country teams, Finance etc
  • Coordinate across concurrent P&C / Payroll programmes to secure alignment on dependencies, data, process and practice
  • Work with the Project Team to deliver the right roles and permissions that reflect P&C needs, data owner and SME for the agreed security model
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to align on the implementation of P&C data retention matrix and policy
  • Work with the Head of People Operations Technology & Process to agree a framework for P&C data to remain accurate and up to date
  • In conjunction with the Change management project roles – identify the key process changes and agree approach for embedding new processes within P&C including training materials, job-aids, SOWs, roll-out workshops, etc.

  • Systems interest and/or experience.
  • Operational knowledge of P&C systems
  • Familiar with all Global P&C processes
  • Experienced in P&C administration
