The labour model will drive the labour allocation and scheduling of c70,000 colleagues across all our stores in 13 markets. The Labour Planning Systems Administrator will support Primark’s Workforce Management and labour planning systems to ensure colleagues are in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with the WFM Scheduling Lead and Forecasting Lead to ensure all systems working in line with Primark’s Labour Model and system administration is complete.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  1. Work closely with team members in the Retail Operations team to ensure Primark’s labour planning systems are kept up to date with applicable data.
  2. Work with various stakeholders across Retail and Head office to update, collate and maintain data that impacts the Retail Labour model.
  3. Manage a calendar of maintenance activities across the year to ensure our models reflect the most up to date business information.
  4. Support on communications to stores and other key stakeholders on topics relevant to the labour planning team.
  5. Become a subject matter expert in the day to day running and operations of the WFM systems and Labour Model




What You’ll Bring

  1. Have strong administration skills to support operational requirements
  2. Possess the ability to work alongside Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
  3. Demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
  4. Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
  5. Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.
