Analyst - Reward Transformation & Technology

Working within Total Rewards team, this role will help with Reward Transformation roadmap by supporting the team with data analysis, data modelling as well as contributing to process improvements and project deliverables. The successful candidate will be skilled in data analytics and play a key role in helping generate insights for the Total Rewards Leadership Team.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Support in collecting, interpreting, and analysing data from a variety of systems and files.
- Help develop new models for Reward frameworks such as job architecture and compensation grades that align with the P&C and business objectives to aid in maintaining equitable compensation and benefits structure in Primark.
- Work with other members of Reward Transformation & Technology team to produce analytical insights that help shape longer term direction.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Reward and wider P&C Team to understand & act upon business requirements.
- Support wider Reward team in performing end and mid-year compensation cycles; compensation planning and other compensation related activities such validating and checking various data elements.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in data analytics preferably within large multinational organisation. Familiarity with HRIS systems (i.e., Workday) and compensation structures a distinctive advantage.
- An aptitude and passion for insights through analysis, including the curation of information and the provision of value-added commentary.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pro-actively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
