As the Product Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for growing a team of Product Content Assistants who will be responsible for the on-site execution of all our products across our digital platforms.
You will also be coaching and developing the team to ensure we collectively provide the most engaging experience for our customers.As part of the Primark Digital team, you will be joining a fast-paced, commercial environment, with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the Primark business.

What You’ll Do:
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Implement best practices in our data model to ensure guidelines are maintained. Set up best practices and guidelines for a System Coordinator to follow.
- Accountable for driving process and systemic improvements through work with the relevant Product Owner.
- Responsible for the System Coordinator’s output, supporting operational systemic administration within the Digital Team.
- Take accountability for the end-to-end process of attribute creation and management.
- Forge productive collaborations with the Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, and Content Executive teams to adapt to new product introductions and debuts, seeking out potential new Product Categories in PCM as applicable.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that our Digital and Product Hierarchies are fit for purpose, reacting to SEO and VM requirements.
- Lead and review the operational output of all Product Content Assistants to ensure all product launches happen on time, and according to brand guidelines.
- Support the business by being the source of reports and knowledge around product launches, status and attribute-specific merchandising
What You’ll Bring

- Previous, demonstrable experience building a team, with the ability to inspire, coach, and deliver in an operational environment.
- Considerable experience within a digital retail environment, with some portion of that time spent developing a team.
- Examples of being able to strategise and implement a customer journey on an e-commerce platform to facilitate positive trends in digital KPIs.
- Has managed large projects as part of a varied, cross-functional stakeholder group.
- Delivered significant operational projects on time, and to brief.
- Prior experience with PIM & DAM systems
- Extreme attention to detail and operational excellence to maintain their own - and others, workload; comfortable delegating tasks to team members.
- The ability to coach and develop team members.
- Enthusiastic about digital retail and delivering market-leading experiences for a customer.
