many of us need more flexibility. That’s why we’re giving our people the freedom to plan their working day in a way that
suits them.
Flexibility from start to finish
Whether you’re based at our Dublin or Reading offices, or
part of our Central Supply Chain team, you get to choose
when to start and finish your workday.
Our core hours are 9:30am – 4:30pm with one hour for
lunch, Monday to Thursday. And for that ultimate Friday
feeling, hours are 9:30am – 2:00pm. So, whether you’ve got
big plans or relaxing at home, you can kick off your weekend
a little earlier.
Working remotely
It’s important that you’re fully immersed in the Primark culture and have easy
access to support from your colleagues. However, we understand how
important it can be, having a little headspace or taking time out from
commuting. That’s why you also have the flexibility to work somewhere
outside the office – whether that’s your home, another Primark office or
one of our designated stores or depots.
More time off for everyone
And because sometimes you may need to take a little more time off to
balance life outside the office, you can buy up to five extra days of annual
leave per annum. Happy days!
