What You’ll Do as Customer Experience Co-ordinator

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Assist with the collection, administration, research, and analysis of customer data to optimize and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Support the strategic design and implementation of customer experience programs, campaigns, and new product launches to enhance operational performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of Primark’s Managed Service Partner and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify pain points across customer touchpoints, champion customer needs, and drive improvements through process documentation, guidelines, and data analytics.
  • Provide full administrative support on Salesforce, manage system and process updates, and deliver accurate reporting on key metrics for the operation and wider business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, stay informed on industry trends, and proactively recommend best practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.

What You’ll Bring  

Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: 

  • 2–3 years of proven customer service experience with strong commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical and process-driven with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, approachable attitude with ability to adapt, prioritize, and contribute effectively to continuous improvement initiatives.
