What You’ll Do as Product Content Assistant

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:   

  • Manage on‑site execution for all allocated product categories, coordinating timely product launches and ensuring product information is displayed in the best possible way for customers.
  • Define attribute requirements for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across UK and international markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and customer‑centric presentation.
  • Lead Test & Learn initiatives and conduct customer journeys to optimise PDP performance, improving key digital KPIs such as conversion, bounce rate, exit rate and average time on task.
  • Collaborate with SEO, merchandising and wider stakeholders to optimise PDP content for natural search, streamline left‑hand navigation, and reduce manual website population.
  • Perform final quality checks on product copy, titles, imagery and data, ensuring all content meets required standards ahead of launch.
  • Review customer and market data to inform continuous PDP improvements, while responding to ad‑hoc business requests and resolving attribution or customer enquiries to support operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excel in fast‑paced digital retail environments with strong prioritisation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Communicate confidently with cross‑functional stakeholders, contributing effectively to collaborative projects and delivering significant operational initiatives on time and to brief.
  • Bring a passion for digital retail, customer‑centric experience design, and continuous optimisation of digital journeys to positively impact key KPIs.
  • Approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset, maintaining a positive, solutions‑focused attitude while problem‑solving and strategising for commercial benefit.
  • Demonstrate 1–2 years of hands‑on experience improving front‑end customer experiences, driving measurable digital performance outcomes, and leveraging PIM/DAM systems where relevant.
  • Possess proven ability to influence digital KPIs through enhancement of product information, navigation, and overall retail experience to deliver market‑leading customer journeys.
