In this role you will manage and optimize our internal communication & engagement channels to engage and excite our 80,000+ colleagues across 16 global markets (and growing)!

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • You will design and deliver communication strategies and plans that bring our business strategy, purpose, and culture to life.
  • You will leverage all our internal channels including our colleague app, ZING, Colleague Engagement platform, Peakon, and email platform to create and deliver compelling content to engage and motivate our 80,000+ colleagues across 16 global markets.
  • You will take a data-first approach to improving and enhancing internal channel utilisation and engagement through measuring communication metrics and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • You will act as a dedicated point of contact and build effective working relationships with market and store colleagues, operational leaders, and engagement champions, providing advice, guidance, and support in relation to our internal channels.
  • You will support leaders across markets through training, data-led insights and best practice sharing to utilise our channels, continually increasing colleague experience and engagement.
  • You will work closely with market leadership teams, in-market ZING champions & colleague engagement champions to continuously promote colleague engagement and adoption of our internal app in all markets.
  • You will extract, interpret, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, sharing trends, insights, and actions to support the People & Culture experience agenda.

What You’ll Bring

  • You will bring 2-3 years’ experience in internal communications.
  • You will have an interest in engaging and motivating colleagues in innovative ways.
  • You will bring proven experience in effectively implementing and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
  • You are digitally savvy, familiar with communication channels and platforms such as Peakon and intranet systems or colleague apps.
  • You are a great writer and editor, with an ability to translate complex business materials into compelling content for a range of internal communications channels.
  • You have demonstrated organisational and analytical skills with the capacity to coordinate changing priorities and ambiguity in a complex environment.
  • You bring an enthusiasm for international retail.
