Support WMS Programme Manager in transitioning Primark legacy depot network & applications to modern, automated & manual WMS solutions. Identify project deliverables and delivery approach, ensuring repeatable processes enable multiple site implementations. Work closely with internal supply chain & tech teams in development & roll out of standard warehouse templates across the depot estate.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Provide leadership & support to cross functional project workstreams within tech & supply chain to deliver multi-site implementations across Primark’s depot estate throughout UK, Europe and US
- Lead key project phases related to design, deployment & delivery of new manual & automated WMS solutions, from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Support the project governance methodology, engaging on a regular basis with project sponsors and key business stakeholders.
- Develop technical & process understanding of the Primark Supply Chain network to ensure delivery of change requests & continuous improvement initiatives are fit for purpose and integrated into the overall Depot systems roll out.
- Build strong working relationships with tech support teams ensuring BAU depot support processes are robust and skills can be leveraged across the Primark depot network.
What You’ll Bring

- Extensive experience of WMS project management in the delivery of automated & manual solutions.
- Knowledge of modern Warehouse Management (WMS) & Automated (WCS) solutions and how they integrate to host & upstream systems.
- Working knowledge of Tier 1 manual & automated WMS providers (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SSI Schaefer WCS & WAMAS, Knapp KiSoft, Dematic)
- Experience in leading remote teams who are geographically spread, ensuring resource risks are identified and managed to mitigate project risks & issues.
- Prince 2 / Agile methodologies & Sixth Sigma or equivalent accreditation preferable.
