The Transport Administrator is responsible for store deliveries by planning routes, managing hauliers and ensuring all required preparation is completed. To carry out administration tasks and adhoc reporting tasks.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  1. Provide logistical support to the commercial activity of our stores.
  2. Daily contact with our warehouses in Europe
  3. Resolution of commercial and logistical incidents
  4. Direct analysis of store quality controls
  5. Creation and planning of order calendars and store deliveries.

What You’ll Bring
We want every person in our organisation to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role:
  1. Educated to High School Level
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Fluency in English – like B2 written and spoken.
  4. Other languages such as German, Dutch, French, Italian or Portuguese are also desirable.
  5. Medium/high knowledge of Microsoft Excel
