NBD Specialist
New Business Development Specialist

As Primark expands its concession offer, we are seeking a New Business Development Specialist who will manage operations in this area. This role will support strategic insight and operational excellence to grow customer footfall and enhance the customer offering.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Producing and presents accurate and logical documents, reports and presentations to the NBD leadership team and other business areas where appropriate.
- Lead responses to operational issues and is accountable for all store related issues.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness and knowledge of the Primark brand and retail industry.
- Seeks to understand the Primark customer and regional differences and utilises this when proposing ideas
- Work closely with the NBD Manager to deliver the overall business proposition and set the department for success.
What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience, within a retail environment
- Experience in Retail, showing your ability to thrive in a busy, demanding environment with a heavy project-based work load
- Proven ability in managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Proven ability in developing effective working relationships
- Effective and persuasive presentation skills
