Reporting to the Planning Lead, the Planning Administrator will work collaboratively across all areas of the Planning & Space function as a key support role within the Planning Team, providing support with intakes, stocks and depot availability while utilising key IT systems.

What You'll Do:

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  1. Stock Management: Ensure all options are available for ordering, manage PSR queries, and liaise with the Supply Chain team.
  2. Intake: Support timely stock arrival, prioritize stocks, assist with air freight, and drive commercial decisions.
  3. Reporting: Update weekly reports, support decisions with data, and manage stock availability updates.
  4. Planning Team Support: Complete data entry, raise work orders, and support RTVs.
  5. People & Collaboration: Deliver accurate information, gather data, manage workload with teams, and take responsibility for career progression.

What you'll bring:

  • Retail, fashion or Assistant Merchandising previous experience
  • Qualifications in Fashion, Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Maths, or a similar discipline are beneficial.
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Systems literacy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work as a united partner with effective communication abilities, show a deep understanding of emotional dynamics, and handle discussions with professional tact.
