What will you do :
As a People & Culture Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our team and drive the growth of our organization in Cluj. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Active participation in recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Preparation of all HR documents.

• Preparation of the monthly payroll, including the control of accruals.

• Supporting managers in planning schedules for in-store colleagues.

• Daily communication with our in-store colleagues.

• Monitoring key employee and business performance indicators.
  

What you will bring:

Your expertise and experience in HR will be instrumental in shaping our team and driving our success in Cluj. We're looking for dynamic individuals who:

• Thrive in fast-paced environment

• Have a background as HR Generalist or HR Specialist

• Possess strong communication and analytical skills

• Are able to organize and manage their own work effectively

• Focus on delivering results and finding solutions to problems

• Are proficient in Romanian and English, enabling seamless communication
