What You’ll Do as a Payroll & Operations Analyst
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Offer and Onboarding: Prepare comprehensive reward packages for new hires and promotions at Executive level, including detailed comparisons and accurate onboarding paperwork.
  • Executive Records and Data Management: Maintain up-to-date executive records and generate detailed reports and analytics.
  • Payroll Processing: Collaborate with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll records and timely completion of payroll transactions.
  • Year End Cycle: Assist in implementing the year-end timetable, create documentation for performance reviews, and ensure timely compliance.
  • Reward and Benefits Administration: Administer executive benefits programs, including enrolments, changes, terminations, and handle inquiries.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Stay updated with labor laws, assist in policy development, support audits, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Redundancy: Calculate redundancy payments, prepare necessary paperwork, and maintain detailed records for UK and ROI colleagues.
  • Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, ensuring the return of company property and termination of access.

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or something similar.
  • Preferably, you will have experience in Executive Reward Management
  • You've got solid experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
  • You're comfortable using HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • You understand HR functions and policies really well.
  • You're organized, great at multitasking, and communicate effectively.
  • You maintain high confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Your detail-oriented and can meet tight deadlines.
