Verrai inserito/a nella funzione People&Culture e, in affiancamento ai colleghi del team Learning & Development, ti occuperai di:
Learning & Development:
- Monitoraggio quantitativo e qualitativo delle attività formative
- Supporto nella progettazione, pianificazione e organizzazione di aule formative
- Aggiornamento, pianificazione e monitoraggio dei vari percorsi di sviluppo
- Coinvolgimento nel processo di valutazione delle performance e del potenziale
- Aggiornamento e monitoraggio del portale interno di formazione
- Follow up del processo di survey di clima aziendale interno
- Gestione dei fondi di finanziamento formazioni
Comunicazione interna:
- Supporto nella creazione di contenuti per la comunicazione interna assicurando coerenza con il brand e rispettando le linee guida aziendali
- Sviluppare materiale brandizzato per la formazione interna e presentazioni per eventi aziendali
Esperienze, conoscenze e competenze richieste:
- Laurea in materie umanistiche
- Un Master in ambito HR è considerato un plus
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare PowerPoint
- La conoscenza dei principali strumenti per la creazione di contenuti grafici e video (Canva, CapCut ecc.) è considerata un plus
- Positività, energia, dinamismo e attitudine all’apprendimento
- Teamworking: spirito collaborativo e attitudine relazionale
- Attitudine al problem solving e doti organizzative
