Job Summary

Join Primark’s dynamic Digital team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience across our international websites. As a Digital Visual Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of category-level campaigns and product launches, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all markets.
You’ll bring a deep understanding of the Primark customer and brand, using data-driven insights to inform merchandising decisions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Digital Marketing, Content, and Studio—you’ll ensure that key styles, trends, and promotions go live in line with our global marketing calendar.
This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, digital retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver on-brand product content across all Primark sites, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Align digital merchandising with business priorities, focusing on key international markets: Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and the US.
• Partner with Digital Merchandising & Trading teams to support UK Click & Collect campaigns and drive performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Buying, Digital Marketing, Content, and Studio teams to launch priority styles, collections, and promotions in line with marketing plans.
• Support SEO-led content creation and page builds, working with the Visual Merchandising Officer to grow non-branded authority in key markets.
• Build and maintain campaign content pages across all territories.
• Validate international category landing page (CLP) updates and ensure accurate linking and content alignment.
• Track and report on campaign readiness across digital touchpoints, supporting
workflow prioritisation and delivery.

Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience within a digital role.
• Self-motivated, problem solver and results oriented
• IT proficient, including Excel skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent using content management systems.
• Experience managing competing priorities and working to tight delivery timelines
• A great communicator, who can contribute effectively as part of a team
