Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• To be a creative ambassador for visual merchandising
• Implement & deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand
• Enhance the customer experience and maximise sales through visual techniques

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding the needs of Primark customers in Stockport
• Plan and carry out the visual proposition across the store
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager & VM team to ensure window schemes, and style guides are implemented on time with maximum impact
• Drive sales through strong visual merchandising skills utilising the Primark guidelines
• Upskill colleagues visual knowledge through training & development

SKILLS

• Excellent standards and attention to detail
• Up to date knowledge of fashion trends and social media
• Collaborate with store team on all levels to drive sales
• Proactive planning and time management
• Strong merchandising, window, and mannequin styling

You’ll have previous retail and visual merchandising experience. Your eye for detail, fashion trends and style will be exceptional as will be your flair for the creative aspect of the role.
