Retail Assistant at Primark
As a Retail Assistant, you make sure customers have an amazing shopping experience. You help them with sizes, styles, and purchases while keeping the store neat and organized. At the checkout, you provide fast and friendly service and handle returns and cancellations. You’ll also receive and check new deliveries, place products on the shop floor, and ensure everything is correctly priced and meets our high standards.

What you do as a Retail Assistant:
As a Retail Assistant, you make people happy every day. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

• You give customers a great experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• You keep the shop floor tidy with full shelves, neat fitting rooms, and the latest fashion. You also keep the stockroom organized
• You provide a fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experience and handle requests, cancellations, and returns
• You receive new deliveries, unpack and check them. You place products on the shop floor, make sure they’re priced correctly, and meet our high standards

What we ask from you:

• You enjoy working with people and creating positive experiences
• You’re honest, a strong communicator who listens, shares ideas, and steps in when needed
• You have good organizational skills and attention to detail
• You’re a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• You’re interested in fashion and the latest trends
• Ideally, you have some experience working in a busy retail environment
