Responsable Marketing confirmé

Nous recherchons un Responsable marketing confirmé, passionné de mode et maîtrisant parfaitement le numérique, afin de développer la présence de notre marque en sur tous les canaux en France.
Ce poste jouera un rôle de premier plan dans la mise en œuvre de nos campagnes marketing globales intégrées et multicanales sur le marché français, couvrant la notoriété de la marque, la conversion et la fidélisation.
Rattaché à l'équipe centrale, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du pays afin de mener des campagnes innovantes, fondées sur des informations pertinentes et alignées sur un storytelling avant-gardiste, tout en intégrant et en gérant les agences locales en tant que partenaires de réflexion appropriés pour dynamiser notre ambition française.
Les responsabilités clé
Livraison de campagne full funnel
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe centrale et soutenir la planification ainsi que l’exécution de campagnes marketing full funnel à l’échelle du marché Français, en veillant à intégrer l’aspect culturel dans le développement de toutes les communications
• Coordonner les équipes marque, média, création, RP, retail et digital afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre intégrée
• Localiser les assets des campagnes globales pour le marché français, en garantissant leur pertinence culturelle et leur crédibilité mode
• Gérer les calendriers, les plannings de campagne et la communication transversale tout au long de la période de campagne
• Assurer la liaison avec les équipes retail locales et les magasins afin de donner vie aux campagnes en point de vente et soutenir les activations retail
• Suivre les résultats des campagnes à travers les indicateurs de notoriété, d’engagement, de trafic et de conversion
Marketing digital & exécution des campagnes
• Soutenir l’équipe digitale centralisée dans la planification, l’exécution et l’optimisation des campagnes de marketing digital (paid social, search, display et vidéo)
• Gérer le budget média localisé et la relation avec l’agence média afin d’assurer une performance de premier plan
• Développer des briefs de campagnes locales reflétant le ton de la marque, les tendances mode et les insights du marché local
Support du site web
• Soutenir l’équipe digitale centralisée dans la coordination des mises à jour de contenu sur les pages produits, la page d’accueil et les sections éditoriales
• Contribuer au storytelling sur le site pour les lancements produits, les campagnes saisonnières et les sélections mode
• Travailler avec l’équipe digitale pour analyser le trafic, le comportement sur le site et les données de conversion, et les traduire localement afin d’éclairer les équipes
Analyse & reporting
• En collaboration avec l’équipe centrale, suivre et reporter les KPI marketing à l’aide d’outils d’analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)
• Préparer des analyses de performance et des recommandations pour les équipes marketing françaises et centrales
• Surveiller l’activité des concurrents et les tendances du secteur, notamment dans la mode accessible et la mode familiale
Support général de la marque – relations presse / RP événementiel
• Planifier et exécuter des initiatives RP, des activations influenceurs, des événements et des lancements de campagnes saisonnières
• Veiller à ce que tous les supports marketing soient conformes à la marque, cohérents et crédibles dans l’univers de la mode
• Collaborer avec les équipes retail locales pour soutenir les besoins marketing en magasin et s’aligner sur les moments clés des campagnes.
Compétences et expérience requises
• Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en marketing ou marketing digital, idéalement dans la mode, la beauté, le retail ou le lifestyle
• Solide compréhension des canaux digitaux et des plateformes de réseaux sociaux
• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et sens du storytelling orienté mode
• Excellentes compétences de communication transversale • Capacité à analyser les données et à traduire les insights en recommandations actionnables
• À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique avec plusieurs projets simultanés
• Très organisé(e), proactif(ve) et attentif(ve) aux détails
. Très bonnes connaissances des outils de création de contenu, des indicateurs de paid média.
Anglais courant impératif.
