What You’ll Do as Project Administrator:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:  

  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain accurate meeting minutes, records, and key programme decisions.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall programme plan.
  • Organise mapping/validation sessions, including logistics, room bookings, and materials.
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules across stakeholders to optimise planning and resource availability.
  • Maintain programme tracking tools (milestones, dependencies, risks, budget, and change impact logs) and flag key updates.
  • Follow up on actions, monitor email queries, and consolidate weekly status reports to ensure timely progress.

What You’ll Bring  

Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: 

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a project or programme environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
  • collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
