  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to support programme management, partnering with Central Support and Technology & Systems teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead programme monitoring activities, including quarterly reviews, risk assessments, due diligence checks, and escalation of risks or issues, ensuring procedures remain aligned to regulatory and best-practice standards.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an ESG (Social) analytics or social compliance role, with a strong understanding of social audit protocols, benchmarks, and assurance programmes.
  • Proven ability to manage social compliance processes, develop process flows, procedures, and KPIs, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with peers and mid‑to‑senior stakeholders across functions.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, with experience designing, developing, and presenting clear, business‑focused reports.
  • Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem‑solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A collaborative, personable, and proactive team player, able to build strong relationships, prioritize effectively, and communicate ideas in a clear, user‑friendly way.
